Announcing Phase 3 of Silverstone Estates

Construction is underway on Phase 3 of Silverstone Estates, a patio home development located within the Crown Isle Golf Course. Set alongside the 15th fairway and adjoining lakes, this phase features eight east-facing patio homes, each offering beautiful sunrise views. Construction on these new homes is underway and they will be completed in mid-2023. These homes range in size from 1,437 to 1,775 sq. ft. There has been a lot of interest in these homes, due to their scenic location. 

Phase 1 and 2 still have eight patio homes available to choose from. Five homes in the second phase face the 16th fairway and the Comox Glacier. Three homes in Phase 1 all offer stunning sunset views over the mountains.

These homes range in size from 1,437 sq. ft. for a rancher style home to a one-and-a-half storey home of 1,983 sq. ft. Some residents have already moved in, and other homes will be finished between October and December of this year. Our show home will be completed in late September. Prices of these homes range from $912,000 to $1.1 million.
