Norma, a Comox Valley resident for many years, was looking to downsize her home and was seeking a newer, smaller home with a smaller yard.
In April of 2017 she and her son started to do some research on premier builders in the Comox Valley and found Integra Homes’ website. She saw the design of a home on the website that matched what she was looking for.
Norma and her son set up a personal meeting with Bill Larson, owner of Integra Homes. They met for over two hours and afterwards she choose Integra Homes as her builder. She chose a beautiful lot located in Hampton Gate in the Crown Isle Community and the construction was soon underway.
“Bill was a stickler for perfection and he remembered all of the custom items I had requested,” Norma said. “Bill and his crew were always polite and professional.”
Now Norma and her double doodle dog, Ollie, love living in the gated community of Hampton Gate in Crown Isle for several reasons.
“It is a safe place, neighbours take care of their homes and yards and it is very quiet here,” Norma says. “I can see the sunrise and the sunset from my yard and I have a beautiful view of the golf course and lake, it is just gorgeous.”
“I love living here” Norma says enthusiastically. “Bill Larson is so kind and I have a lot of respect for him, he always has a smile on his face, it’s obvious he loves his job.”
