We are excited to announce the opening of our show home at Silverstone Estates, in the award-winning Crown Isle Golf Community. When completed, this West-Coast

development, designed in a Craftsman/Farmhouse style will include 48 patio homes featuring fabulous views of the nearby lakes, the Comox Glacier and surrounding mountain range. Patio Home Floor Plans

We have a variety of floorplans at the patio homes at Silverstone Estates that are sure to suit any type of family living arrangement. These homes range in size from 1,437 to 1,983 sq. ft. A one-level or rancher design is available, as are other units that have an upper floor with additional space for a guest room, an extra bathroom and even extra storage space. 

Phases 1 and 2 still have seven patio homes available to choose from. Four remaining homes in Phase 1 all offer a courtyard view, some featuring sunset views over the mountains. Five remaining homes in the second phase face the 16th fairway and the Comox Glacier.  Phase 3 features eight east-facing patio homes, each offering beautiful sunrise views. This phase will be ready for occupancy in mid-2023.
