Celebrate the Christmas Holidays in Crown Isle

Welcome to the festive holiday season at the Crown Isle Community in Courtenay, BC.

A cheery atmosphere is created by the residents who really get into the spirit of Christmas by decorating their homes with lights and all of the trimmings. There is a friendly competition within the neighbourhood, as more families get in the spirit by putting on a dazzling display in their front yards. Drive around the community and you will feel the magic of the season, as more and more homes participate in this annual event. Prizes have been offered in past years to the most popular decorated homes. You will see a lot of dedicated effort has gone into the Christmas decorations throughout the neighbourhood.

Bring the family and celebrate the holiday season by attending the annual Holiday Resort Walk at the Crown Isle Club House. This Christmas celebration includes holiday scenes, thousands of lights, visits with Santa and more! Enjoy an outdoor tour around the clubhouse and scamper down the Christmas Tree Trail. Bring your family and friends and enjoy the festivities. Entry is by donation in support of four local charities. 

You can also take a tour of all of the gingerbread houses inside the clubhouse. And while you’re there, consider bidding on some of the silent auction items. All proceeds will be donated to the Comox Valley Foodbank, MARS Wildlife Rescue, Comox Valley Transition Society and the WeCan Shelter Organization.
