the-rise-phase-2Construction is set to begin on new custom homes in Phase II of The Rise, one of the newest subdivisions in the Crown Isle Community.

With 28 lots in this phase, Integra Homes can build a rancher or bungalow style home starting at $500,000. These lots are suitable for ranchers or two story homes.

We have reserved Lots 3,4,5,6 25 and 26 for our clients, and can also build on any of the remaining available lots. We also have lots to choose from in other subdivisions at Crown Isle.

Our New Show Home 101 - 1444 Crown Isle Drive, Courtenay, BC
