Integra Homes is a custom home builder in the Comox valley, owned by Bill Larson, a hard working entrepreneur who has been self-employed since age 18. He has been involved in home construction for more than 30 years and has experience in multiple trades. With a keen eye for detail, he has the ability to visualize and actualize a project from start to finish. He’s committed to finishing a new custom home on time and on budget. Bill is currently leading several teams building custom homes in the Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community. He coordinates trades and manages job sites and maintains a close and professional rapport with the trades and his valued clients. Bill has also participated in charity builds for Habitat for Humanity, Keats Island Children’s Camp, and Esperanza Recovery Centre.


Integra Homes has several Red Seal carpenters leading the builds on new custom homes and we are committed to providing the most experienced tradespeople for the job, ensuring quality throughout construction. Red Seal is recognized as the interprovincial standard of excellence in the skilled trades. In addition, Integra Homes is proud to be the sponsor of six apprentices working under the Industry Training Authority (ITA) Program. As a Recognized Training Provider, Integra meets ITA’s program standard for training facilities, instructor qualifications, curriculum, assessment processes, trade competencies and general operations. Integra is building for today and for the future ensuring that all employees and trades people meet the high standard of quality that Integra Homes is known for.
